WHAT I BUILD
I help organizations and communities transform strong ideas into work people can actually experience, understand, and use.
My work includes:
Community engagement and brand experiences
Workforce-development programs and curriculum
Digital marketing strategy and content systems
Creative campaigns and cultural storytelling
Training tools and implementation communications
Live events, culinary experiences, and media projects
I don’t just develop concepts. I think about how an idea will live in the real world—who it needs to reach, how people will encounter it, and what systems are required to keep it working.
EDUCATION, WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT + MENTORSHIP
As a digital marketing educator and workforce-development leader, I help emerging professionals turn creativity into marketable skills, professional confidence, and real career opportunities.
My teaching combines technical marketing knowledge with real-world execution. Students don’t simply study campaigns—they develop strategies, produce content, solve client-style problems, build portfolios, and learn how to communicate the value of their work.
My approach includes:
Digital marketing and content strategy
Social media and audience development
Portfolio-driven learning
Professional storytelling
Career-pathway development
Mentorship and network building
Hands-on project execution
I am especially interested in building programs that continue supporting people after the classroom ends—connecting education, mentorship, alumni engagement, professional networks, and long-term opportunity.
Creative Strategy. Community. Culture.
CREATIVE + CULINARY WORK
Kareem is the founder of The Cupka’ak Bar, a dessert concept that transforms cupcakes, cake jars, and specialty cream-based desserts into edible storytelling experiences.
Each creation is built using locally sourced ingredients, organic flour, and signature fillings inspired by childhood nostalgia, cultural classics, and modern flavor science.
EDUCATION + WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
Beyond the kitchen and stage, Kareem works in workforce education and digital marketing instruction, helping emerging professionals build real-world skills that translate directly into careers.
His teaching approach blends:
• Creative storytelling
• Technical marketing systems
• Real client-style project execution
• Career pathway design
• Portfolio-driven learning
EXPLORE. TASTE. BUILD. YOUR CREATIVE FUTURE.
Whether you’re here to order unforgettable desserts, book a live experience, collaborate on implementation or training strategy, or partner on creative campaigns, everything Kareem builds carries a signature blend of flavor, story, data, and execution.

I TURN IDEAS INTO EXPERIENCES, PROGRAMS, AND PLATFORMS THAT MOVE PEOPLE.
I’m Kareem Youngblood—a Brooklyn-based creative strategist, educator, entrepreneur, pastry chef, and television personality working at the intersection of storytelling, community engagement, workforce development, and culture.
You may know me from Netflix’s Sugar Rush, Food Network’s Chopped Sweets, or Spring Baking Championship. But television is only one chapter of my story.
My work is rooted in understanding people: what captures their attention, what makes them feel seen, and what moves them from interest to action. Whether I’m developing a workforce program, building a digital campaign, producing a community experience, teaching emerging professionals, or creating a dessert people remember years later, I bring together creativity, strategy, and execution.
